To call hymns "timeless" has become a cliche' as of late, but this large group of songs deserve the title. First, the melodies of hymns are of a type that easily find a place in your memory. Second, the lyrics of hymns were inspired in godly men and women who wrote them down to deliver a message about God's love for man--a message that is as relevant today as it was in their time.
 
The pianist on this album, Lucinda Roberts, has worked with me as arranger and accompanist of gospel music since 2008 when she invited me to join an annual benefit concert in Green Bay that she produces called, "Doctors in Recital". It has been a priviledge for me to work with Lucinda over the past 15 years, and I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate on a recording using her amzing talent and gifted hands. This album is filled with some of our favorite hymn projects. We pray you'll be blessed each time you listen.
